2. Order Processing Time

  • Handling & Processing: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

  • Tracking details typically update in the courier’s system within 24 – 48 hours after dispatch.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
